What You Will Do

The Sales and Marketing Team will promote the company’s aluminium formwork solutions, acquire new clients, and maintain customer relationships. You will develop marketing strategies and conduct sales activities.

How Will You Do It

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Manage and update the company’s marketing materials and channels.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction industry.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools.
